Samurai Slicing!
How often do you sit at home watching cookery programmes where the chef’s have all the great gadgets and tools? Slicing and dicing and creating amazing dishes in no time at all! Well it does help if you have all the right tools and just this week we’ve come across something that we think is a great adddition to any kitchen.
We were so impressed with this Santoku knife, from Chefs Knife Store that we just have to share it with you. It’s an all purpose kitchen knife that’s the perfect weight and shape to hold and slices with ease. After a spot of research we’ve discovered that it’s made from Damascus steel, which is reputedly the same material made for Samurai swords! Give it a try and you’ll be chopping like a pro in not time.
