Neil is in the know

As an expert in kitchen design, Neil is often asked for his opinion on various aspects of the subject, from worktop materials to the best way to showcase vintage toy cars (see At The Heart of Hampstead Heath in Kitchen Case Studies), and door hinges to kitchen extensions….

The March issue of REAL HOMES magazine is a good example.  In an article entitled “9 Steps to Planning the Perfect Kitchen Extension“, several industry experts advise on what to think about when embarking on a kitchen extension.

Neil was asked to comment about where to start on such a huge undertaking.   He says: “In my experience, it’s wiser to start with the layout of the whole extension and then work the kitchen plan into it, rather than the other way round…..”
