Light Up Your Kitchen

The first thing you think of when planning a new kitchen is probably the colour of the doors and type of worktop you want on show.  And of course that’s really important for the design process.

But equally important at this stage is to consider the lighting elements, not just on the ceiling and above your hob, but throughout your kitchen.  And the natural light from windows and doors also needs to be taken into consideration.

That’s where an experienced designer comes in.  He or she will be able to advise on integrating sufficient illumination for all the activities that will be taking place in the kitchen – cooking, eating, working, entertaining etc.
