We are well and truly into the Olympic season and team GB are picking up medals galore 🙂  Our athletes are doing a wonderful job displaying strength, discipline and stamina…but how do they do it?
Well we think a great diet is a good place to start…our expert chef Lisa Roukin has shared this tasty salad recipe with us and it’s filled with lots of goodness that might just give you the energy you need to get those running shoes on!
Now, we’re not saying that these powerful peas and this amazing avocado will have you jumping hurdles like Jessica Ennis but these greens do pack a punch and not only are they loaded with vitamins but they taste good too. Go on, give ’em a try!
