They may be at opposite ends of the colour spectrum but when dominant black is paired with neutral white the contrast of this colour combination makes for a great looking kitchen!

We think this kitchen is a superb example of how a black and white (albeit off-white) can look sleek and chic without the darker colour being too overpowering.

The secret in this particular setting is in the height of the off-white work surfaces and splashback, which create an impression of light and space.  The black, high gloss finish of the cupboards and paneling highlights the generous amount of natural daylight in this room so the eye is naturally drawn to the stylish detailing of the iconic, stainless steel, co-ordinated fixtures and fittings. We love how the owners have introduced a pop of colour with accessories which helps to make this monochromatic room more inviting.
