About Us
Neil Lerner kitchens are individually designed and built to match the client’s brief. This one-to-one, wholly personalised service is a hallmark of our approach and the reason why many clients come back to us for a new kitchen every time they move house. Working with leading architects and designers, Neil Lerner also builds kitchens for some of London’s most prestigious private developments. Site surveys, project management and kitchen installations are all carried out by our own teams and the aftercare service holds good for the life of the kitchen.
How We Work
Step 1: The Brief
We work closely with our clients from start to finish, liaising directly with you, your architect or project manager. We start with a detailed brief – your wish list to achieve the kitchen you’ve always wanted.
Step 2: Visualising Your Dreams
Using the latest computer technology in colour and 3D modelling, we present you with a highly realistic computer-generated design, based on the initial brief, at our showroom. This is the first stage in realising your vision, showing how your wish list will eventually turn into the kitchen of your dreams. Step 3: Site Check and Final Design
If we haven’t already been to your home, we send our designers and technical experts to take detailed and accurate measurements of the site, ensuring that the kitchen is ordered to the finest and most detailed specifications. Then we sign off the final design and you’re one step closer to your beautiful, bespoke new kitchen!
Step 4: Ordering Your Kitchen
From this stage, we liaise every step of the way with your builders, electricians and plumbers to ensure everything goes according to plan. At this stage we produce working drawings for your building team.
Step 5: Installation
We continue to work closely with the installation team at all times, and when it’s time for your kitchen to be brought to life, our service fitter will check the site prior to installation of the kitchen, making sure that everything is as specified. Once installation is underway, we undertake regular site visits and oversee the whole project.
